Our main business is the co-operation with the factory engaged in all kinds of alminum production and sales, such as raw aluminum materials, primary aluminum products, semi-finished aluminum products.
ALEU AB has established a representative office in Zhengzhou, China since August 2010, also planing to establish two joint ventures or wholly owned enterprises in China over the next five years, mainly engaged in the production of aluminum, aluminum with products and scrap processing. The production capacity will occupy a considerable share of the aluminum products market in China. ALEU AB, as a bridge between Chinese and European companies will become an important trading partner of many aluminum products trade. We are also the most trustworthy foreign investors to a lot of Chinese aluminum companies.
The purchasing department is responsible for purchase of direct aluminum material from Chinese and European factories to ALEU AB.
Job profile:
• Carry out negotiations at an optimal cost level
• Set up agreements and contracts
• Conduct supplier selection and evaluation
• Cooperate in cross-functional teams
• Achieve improvements and efficiency by establishing a supplier base in accordance with overall strategy
• Be the main contact for all commercial issues towards suppliers
• Carry out different sourcing activities like quotations, agreements etc
• Act on design changes within the project
• Establish action plans on part specific supplier issues in running business
Your profile:
• Purchasing experience in the aluminum industry is desired
• Commercial or Communication University degree or equivalent work experience
• Metal industry interest
• Ability to work with departments across the organization
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team
• Strong computer skills
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in Chinese and English both spoken and written
• High integrity
• Ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and expectations
