Professionals Nord is looking for a Purchase to Pay Process Owner on behalf of our client. You will work as a consultant for Professionals Nord. Global Process Owner - Purchase to Pay. Team member in the Global Finance Process team within Group Finance. Working in the Finance Process development team gives a big opportunity to a wide circle of contacts within the company. Working both globally and cross-functional, as well as getting a comprehensive view of the financial activities within the group. In this position you will need to be curious, enjoy challenges and complexity in finance processes but also in structures and information streams. You will need to collaborate and build networks within the organization as well as drive your own initiatives to ensure an effective process with qualitative accounting and financial compliance. You will work closely with the other Global Process Owners within the Finance Group and the Purchasing department to secure the end-to-end process view when working on business initiatives or improvement areas.

• Be the owner of the Purchase to Pay processes globally and responsible to continuously strive to improve, develop and standardize processes.
• Responsible to develop and improve process flow documentation.
• Work closely with Digital Finance to drive system improvements and automatization of the Purchase to Pay processes.
• Define and approve business requirements related to Purchase to Pay processes.
• Review and approve business user acceptance testing for change. proposals/requests which impacts Purchase to Pay processes and systems.
• Support and contribute to projects within the Finance organization but also crossfunctional.
• Take part in the implementation of Purchase to Pay processes for new markets/new entities.
• Business support.
We 're looking for these competences:
* Educational background in Finance
* Minimum 5 years relevant work experience with financial flows, focusing on Purchase to Pay.
* Fluent in English both written and spoken.
* Accustomed to working in a global environment with people of various cultural backgrounds
* Good knowledge in accounting. Experience in process development.
* Strong knowledge in ERP systems.
It is an advantage that you have good knowledge of, or have previously worked within the automotive industry.
High focus on personal traits such as excellent communication- and peoples ' skills. Flexible and can quickly be on top of terminology, and the way of working and always ready to change his/her way of working in order to find the best solution. Used to handle many different projects and lots of data at the same time and work in a very structured and timely manner.
