In this exciting period of growth, we are looking to reinforce the Procurement team with someone in purchasing and production planning. An opportunity exists to join our Procurement team as Purchasing Planner based at our headquarter in Täby, north of Stockholm.
We are looking for someone who understands shipping and planning in logistic systems to support our sales channels with deliveries globally.
The daily tasks for example includes:
• Entering purchase orders and having supplier contacts
• Setting up new products in our ERP system Jeeves
• Do production planning and rescheduling for our sites
• Invoice matching
• Contacts with transport forwarders
We are using Jeeves ERP system and have a web shop where we receive a majority of the orders electronically.
Got what it takes?
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role combined with demonstrated knowledge in planning of inventory and purchasing on a global market. You are experienced and skilled in costs and efficiency improvements.
You take pride in offering a great support and do have the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally as well as internationally.
We expect that you communicate fluently in both English and Swedish since there will be frequent contacts with all parts of the world.
A working knowledge of Jeeves ERP system, although not essential will be looked upon favourably.

In Sweden we have a team of ten people that manages the overall logistics for the group including purchasing, production planning, new product introduction, customer orders and quality management.
