Thule Sweden AB is based in Hillerstorp and develops, manufactures and distributes roof racks, ski carriers and bike carriers.
Purchase & Planning Analyst
During the last year Thule has increased the number of sourced finished goods from Asia, partly due to our entry into new product categories and partly due to organic growth. This has increased our supply chain complexity, as we face longer lead times in combination with relatively short product life cycles and limited sales history. To best meet our new conditions we have decided to add a Purchase & Planning Analyst to our dedicated Logistics? team in Hillerstorp.
As Purchase & Planning Analyst your main focus will be to maintain a good service level of sourced finished goods to our European distribution centers as well as releasing and planning production in our Hillerstorp plant, this in order to ensure that we can deliver products according to customer demands with minimal stock.
We believe that the ideal candidate holds excellent communication skills and has the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally. A strong self-drive in combination with a structured approach is essential to be successful in this position. You have an academic degree, preferably from logistics, as well as experience and proven success from a similar role. Experience from working with Asian suppliers and customs clearance together with a solid experience from M3 is to your advantage. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English, and speaks both languages fluently.
