We are looking for an organized and cool-tempered professional Public Relations (PR) Officer who is able to handle a crisis. We expect you to have a creative mind and excellent communication skills and confident in project management abilities.
Public Relations Officer responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Assist in bookings of airline tickets and hotel bookings
• Networking with different companies and organizations
• Meet and greet visiting delegations at the airport
• Assist in airport procedures
• Assisting and coordinating with visiting delegations
• Assisting diplomats and securing housing, vehicles etc.
• Arranging transportation for visiting delegations
• Custom clearance of shipments
• Preparing daily schedules of movement of vehicles in coordination with the driv-ers.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer or similar PR role
• Proficient in MS Office
• Strong communication skills (oral and written), in Swedish and Arabic. Proficien-cy in English would be an advantage but not a requirement
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Creativity and problem-solving aptitude
• BSc/BA in Public Relations or in a related field
• Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory
