For the development of Care by Volvo - we will strengthen the marketing team with a Public Relations Manager role.
Responsibilities
Your aim is to build relationships with media outlets and bloggers to drive awareness, positive reporting and interesting information around our offering, product and online store to generate increase in web traffic. You will be developing and executing opportunities to express our brand's voice on trends and through research contribute to the development of articles and other content that engage key audiences and improve customer loyalty.
* Responsible for planning and developing the awareness and positivity of the Care by Volvo brand and its products and services through targeted media coverage across all channels.
* Responsible for developing and delivering creative communication strategies to drive overall media coverage through identified media opportunities,
* Generating engaging editorial content ideas through insights, offer development and product releases and directly pitching news stories in close collaboration with local and central counterparties to amplify news stories across our key markets.
* Working closely with marketing and other key functions and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the organization on external events.
We Are Looking For People Who
* Strong international media contacts and a proven track record in delivering targeted quality media coverage, particularly in consumer titles.
* A strategic and creative approach to communication planning.
* The ability to position complex technology-based stories in a consumer-friendly way.
* You preferably have an e-commerce background
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
* Fluent English language skills.
