Responsibilities As an Associate within PwC, you will be working as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients to solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.In the role of the Public Bid Administrator, you will be responsible for procurement and work with project management and administrative tasks. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Coordinate, sort and distribute business possibilities from a national databaseAssist within the bidding process Obtain and maintain contacts within PwC in general and PwC Public Sector specificallyKeeping bid materials updated and structuredAssist in the bidding processSubcontractors - take responsibility for keeping subcontractors informed and provide them with informationCreate and adjust templates Preferred skillsWe are looking for candidates with upper secondary education and it is meritorious if you also have post-secondary education, e.g. from vocational university. You have a structured mind, interest in tender and in the public sector. You should be genuinely interested in administration and you should be working goal-driven. Furthermore you master both Swedish and English in speech and writing, and consider yourself to be a good writer when it comes to producing well-written texts. Swedish is our primarily working language. ?In order to thrive with us, we believe that you should enjoy being an administrator, showing end to end commitment for the projects you take part of. Since MS Office, Powerpoint, Word, Excel will be used in your daily work you need to be able to master these programs in a professional and creative way.
