Our production unit (PU) in Arboga, with 140 employees, has an exciting mission to increase our product range and implement new technology in order to support new product releases. To develop our organization in the direction of a customer oriented way of working, we are now looking for a dedicated PU Manager, who will have full responsibility and act with flexibility, efficiency and innovation in mind.
Key performance areas
As PU Manager you have an overall responsibility for the performance of the unit. You work with the leadership of the organization and see that our delivery precision and quality meets customer expectations. You are responsible for short- and long-term development for our unit regarding safety, cost and process efficiency. As this is a unit with focus on development of new products, innovation and cooperation with our R&D and product management is of great importance.
You are an active member of our global management team for tools production and some travel is included in this position.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Master of Science in a field related to the position, or equivalent knowledge obtained through work experience. You have experience from leadership and change management, preferably from production or engineering. You also have good computer skills, and since we work in an international setting you have good skills in English and Swedish, in both writing and speaking.
