Publiceringsdatum2010-07-23Dina arbetsuppgifterThe technology department of Ericsson Supply Site Kumla is now looking to recruit a test engineer.
Your purpose in this position is to ensure optimal implementation, support and education of the PRTT test equipment (PRTT=Pre Repair Test Tool).
Here you will be offered a challenging position full of variety. You will be responsible to both build, start up, verify and install the test equipment on different sites all over the world. The position also includes to be in charge of educating the users of the tests and be the first line support for the PRTT test globally.
We hope that you enjoy travelling and working with different nationalites as you are expected to travel abroad when so is required to work with several nationalities.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a university degree in engineering or several years of experience as a test engineer or adequate work. To succeed in the position you have very good knowledge of PC-software, electronics and measurement methodology as well as RF, and data com.
It is also important that you have good knowledge from Ericsson technical IS/IT and knowledge or experience within telecommunications . It is a plus if you have experience from an engineering environment.
You both enjoy and are comfortable with reading and speaking technical English and Swedish since you will be working in the global field. We hope therefore that you encourage and enjoy cultural differences since you will be working with engineers from different parts of the world.
