Are you ready to take on an expanding role as a Proposals Engineer at our company and do you have technical knowledge and interest? Do you enjoy close contact with clients and external suppliers? This role combines responsibility for order processes with daily handling of all inquiries and orders.

Key responsibilities:
This position at our aftersales have varied and challenging assignments. Your tasks will include communication with our clients around the world, inquires, calculation, ordering, project management of a selection of articles, expediting and cost accounting. You will have a lot of contact with clients that do not speak any Scandinavian language, hence you have to be able to communicate in English fluently, in writing and speech.
As a Proposal Engineer you will have a vital function at our company and for our clients. Hence it is important that you appreciate to collaborate with others while at the same time being comfortable working on your own. You will take full responsibility to make sure that our high demands on service works impeccably. You report to Manager the Aftermarket Proposals & Execution who is placed in Naestved in Denmark.
This position includes 20 travel days a year. Drivers license is a requirement. Work location is in Växjö.
ProfilYour Profile:
• You have a technical secondary school education.
• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience from a meritorious technical role.
• You have knowledge and experience of working in Excel, Word and ERP and CRM system.
• You are a service minded, positive and a creative person that is driven by problem- solving.
• You have an analytic profile and execute your job tasks in a clear and systematic way according to the given guidelines.
• You speak and write English and Swedish fluently.
