hela Sverige For a large global customer, we are now looking for an experienced Proposal Team Leader. The recruiting company is a leading Japanese information and communication technology company, offering a full range of technology products, solutions, and services.
Responsibilities
The Proposal Team Lead is responsible for the management of the proposition team and the end to end proposal process. You will organize the content and presentation of the bid responses into a coherent and concise proposal document by expressing the company's proposal in terms the customer understands. In other words, you will ensure that terms and solutions are understood by the customer before offer.
Furthermore, your role is to derive a pricing policy for the proposition that enforces the company's commitments to the prospective customer business objective, as well as meeting internal financial requirements. You will have to ensure that all third parties understand their role in the proposition and can fulfil that role.
Who are we looking for?
We see that the right candidate to apply for this position have a proven track as a leader of a bigger team and have a sense for business and outsourcing. The Proposal Team Lead must be able to engage with and present to the customer with confidence, have an analytic sense and good financial understanding. The right candidate should also have a good understanding of general sales and proposal processes and be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
We are looking for profiles with a background within "senior level relationship management" were you have a proven track of establishing and maintaining a long term C-level relationship with customers. Postgraduate is required (university diploma), Master of Business Administration would be an advantage. 5+ years of relevant industry experience with senior management within a technical organization is preferred.
Presence in Kista, Stockholm, is required at least 3 days/week, to lead the local team on site.
