We are growing and need to strengthen the team with more dedicated and quality minded colleagues to improve the service to our clients. Now we are looking for a Proposal Support Quality manager / Project Quality Manager for Oil & Gas projects to join us in Finspång!
In the role as a Proposal Support Quality Manager / Project Quality Manager for Oil and Gas projects you will both be supporting the Bid Management Team in Sales Projects and work as PQM during the project execution phase. Your focus will be to ensure and take ownership of that all Quality related requirements are adequately reflected in the bidding phase, as well as during the execution of projects.
You will bring a quality perspective into the discussions and support the Project Manager in effective planning, implementation and control of the project-specific actions taken for quality control.
How You'll Make an Impact
* Coordinate and monitor of the Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities in assigned projects.
* Lead a Quality Project Team of assigned sub-functions
* Resolve products and process related quality requirements specified in the customer contracts and other stipulations.
* Ensure reflection of Quality requirements in proposals / bids.
* Draw up the quality control plan including the customer interface.
* Manage and ensure quality reporting in the project, e.g. NCC reports, as well as the quality of project-specific supplies.
* Ensure that experience is ploughed back in (lessons learned), through (e.g.) project assessments, reviews, audits, project status meetings.
What You Bring
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in engineering, including but not limited to mechanical engineering/power engineering/process engineering or equal
* We believe that you have experience of working with quality control/assurance topics in project teams, preferably within Oil & Gas, and are motivated by ensuring a good quality for our customers.
* Experience or education related to design/specification/operation of rotating machinery is an advantage.
* You are a positive teammate who is determined to solve problems with a creative and critical approach.
* Proficient English skills in speaking and writing is a must, knowledge of Swedish language is of significant advantage. Additional language skills are meritorious.
* Available and willing to start a permanent job in Finspång, Sweden,
* Traveling is required to support training, project presentations, bid clarification and project kick off meetings.

Here you will join a growing team in the Project Quality department that works with project within Oil and Gas - some of our more complex order projects. We have an essential part in the organization and have many cross-functional collaborations in every project.
Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
