Challenge
As Manager of an international team of proposal analysts you will use your strategic mind and experience from proposal processes on a daily basis. Our analysts, who participate in the development of bid proposals, are based in Germany, England and India, but also here in Västerås. As their manager you will allocate incoming requests for proposals across the group and plan bid reviews. To provide support during the bid reviews will be an important function of yours. By the same token you will review and distribute bid data prior to bid reviews.
Requirements
You have experience from leadership and well developed organization skills. Experience from development of bid proposals is qualifying, as is longer experience from an executive position. Since you will collaborate with customers all over the world, fluency in spoken and written English is a requirement for success. Skills in MS Office will be crucial in this position whereas familiarity with Salesforce.com is advantageous. As Proposal Manager you need to be excellent at managing a team efforts towards set deadlines. It is also important that you can allocate work across the team and that you enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
