We are now looking for a Property Caretaker for our property in the Stockholm Archipelago.
As our Property Caretaker you will be responsible for the daily upkeep of our property. You will have to organize and prioritize each day in order to accomplish the daily required job duties. You will be responsible to provide plants with the appropriate seasonal care they require to remain healthy and vigorous and maintain gardening equipment, tools and machinery.
• Carry out gardening and general garden maintenance work involved in all aspects of maintaining a well cared for garden area.
Landscaping Knowledge - Plant trees and shrubbery and have knowledge in landscaping best practices.
Inspecting the building, including heating, cooling, lighting and alarm systems to make sure they are in good working order.
Performing basic repairs and maintenance tasks as required.
Sourcing, booking and supervising contractors for major repairs.
This is a Full Time Property Caretaker position with Systematic Growth property located in the Stockholm Archipelago.
Qualifications:
Experience: Experience in Property Caretaking and gardening 1-2 years.
Other: Basic Computer Knowledge. Ability to read and communicate effectively in English. Strong written and verbal skills.
Preferred Other: Additional language preferred, handle heavy vehicles, drivers licence.
