RBVT Test Fleet Bus & Coach, owns the R&D test bus fleet and our responsibility is to supply new buses to meet all running project 's test demands as well as R&D 's test bus demands.
RBVT is expanding our team and we are now looking for a dedicated test vehicle leader who is passionate about problem solving and wants the opportunity to work with a wide range of bus projects and their challenges.
Your work assignment
As a test vehicle leader, you will be involved in everything that circles around our buses. You 'll be responsible of acquiring new buses, planning their use and solving complex issues in collaboration with the projects.
this means you will:
• create and follow up each test vehicle 's time schedule
• lead and coordinate test planning together with the projects
• lead and drive needed bus rebuilds
• order new buses from external body builder 's as well as internal buses.
• be the link between production and research and development
You will develop a large network and be a existing projects.
Your profile:
You have a bachelor 's or a master 's degree, or have acquired equivalent knowledge elsewhere. You have a genuine interest for technology and enjoy solving problems. You want to develop your leadership, process development and problem solving skills. You are flexible and enjoy facing new problems when they occur. As a person you are structured and outgoing and you enjoy building and maintaining a large network. You are fluent in Swedish and English.
