hela Sverige Experis Engineering is looking for a consultant for a long term assignment within the automotive industry. Our client is involved in all projects with electrical and/ or electronic impact that requires deliveries and depending on the project we take on different roles. In some product changes we have an overall responsibility for the complete vehicle delivery; in other we take a sub PM-role for the specification, design and internal verification of the electrical system.
Many of the projects are global, both in a product perspective in an organizational perspective.
We are now looking for a Project Manager to manage our project scope within the maintenance area.

The role
In this project manager role you will:
• Coordinate the deliveries and secure full cross functional anchoring of the maintenance project scope
• Lead your own maintenance projects as part of the full maintenance scope
• Translate the requested product change into project scope
• Plan and monitor the project within scope when it comes to quality, deliveries, cost and features
• Take corrective actions when actual result is deviating from plan
• Communicate with stakeholders as well as project teams
• Manage people, resources and suppliers
• Continuously capture and document experiences

Your profile
You have experience from development of electrical systems, preferably from automotive industry, including specification, implementation, verification and supplier management. You have experience in Project Management, preferably PMP certified or equivalent. Experience of agile development or leading in an agile context is a plus.
You are a very good communicator and have the ability to encourage people as well as show direction and set targets.
You are structured and have the ability to manage risks in planning and decision making.
