Together with these suppliers we want to improve the current situation with: * Expensive and inefficient processes (cash and travel advances) * Lack of visibility over expenses paid (fragmented information sources) * Remove cash/travel advances for infrequent travelers * Eliminate time consuming and risky process for co-workers when paying with cash/private cards * Enable effective cost planning and cost performance follow up* Virtual card implemented * Lodge solution implemented in APAC and US * Additional corporate cards are issued * Card administration process is centralized via Shared Service Centre in all countries The scope of the consultant services is to assist our customer in..* Be the responsible project manager. Lead the project planning and scoping together with the project stakeholders. * Be responsible for all coordination of activities and resources related to the assignment. * Organize and lead meetings and workshops related to the assignment. * Challenge and assure quality of stakeholder needs, business requirements and solution alternatives in order to identify consequences and reduce risks. * Manage expectations among all stakeholders by leading the communication and securing the understanding of business requirements. * Secure that the solution design fulfills business requirements by providing support, quality assurance and recommendation. * Support in identifying the need for new or changed working methods. * Support Change Management in creating learning material and end-user training.:Desired knowledge, experience, competence skills etc.* Ability to manage rollout activities, coordination of resources, stakeholders and suppliers * Ability to estimate cost and complexity, and to analyze risk and consequences * Ability to combine Business and IT knowledge * Ability to collect, substantiate, analyze, verify and prioritize information on all (detail) levels and derive relevant and accurate business requirements * Facilitating, planning and managing workshops and activities * Basic knowledge of IT Delivery processes, IT Strategy, application landscape and the business information it contains * Knowledge in project management and change management methods and toolsThree most important things1.
