• Lead cross-functional project teams on above-category and above-brand projects
* Drive change management for relevant projects/programs throughout global brand and markets
• Lead the implementation of cross functional projects ensuring successful execution and generation of expected benefits thus contributing to the achievement of the agreed upon objectives
• Monitor progress in achieving key milestones and objectives in collaboration with the Senior Management Team.
• Develop and drive coordination of risk management project for Global brands
• Technical Support Confirm customer maintenance and renovation needs, and provide technical solutions with the technical department
• Machining Workshop Management :Lead and manage production to meet or exceed operational goals in safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity
* Incoming Quality Inspector Reviews Nonconforming Materials, and takes appropriate actions (quarantine, review with production, engineering, purchasing, etc.).
* Warehouse Management Ensure 100% accuracy of receiving Supplier stock in order to fulfill customer orders
What you bring with you:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, automation, laser welding technology, dispensing technology, tightening technology and other engineering backgrounds
• More than 3 years working experience is preferred.
* Strong leadership / motivational skills.
• Ability to effectively manage time and resolve crisis.
* Ability to work in a team and an independent and quality-oriented working style
• Language :Fluent in English & Chinese , Swedish , German is a merit
