This is a critical role for one of our railway signaling programs. We are looking for someone with a structured mindset who can take on this important position by picking up skills and knowledge from our more experienced colleagues within project administration and document controlling.
This position is based in our office in Solna Strand, starting as soon as possible.
Your job
As Project Support, your main responsibility is to support the Project Managers in all administrative tasks. This will intersect areas such as planning, reporting and documentation.
The typical day-to-day tasks will consist of:
• Document controlling in Sharepoint
• Contract administration
• Reporting on project milestone progress
• Taking minutes of meetings
• Coordinating meetings and schedules
We are looking for someone who takes pride in greatly organized administration! You recognize the value of paying close attention to detail, and how this contributes to the project team as a whole.
Our formal requirements for this position are:
• 2 years' experience of project related administration
• Basic knowledge of Sharepoint
• Occupational proficiency in Swedish and English
Other preferred merits:
• Proficient user of both Teamcenter and Sharepoint
• Experience from any infrastructure project based business
• Experience from an international organization
