As a project manager you will drive the implementation of new products in our production sites. The projects include coordination and management of various stakeholders and close contact with the customer. You will work with various engineers in the projects and a close collaboration with the production.
Background
We are looking for an individual who is well experienced in project management. You need to be a good leader who can prioritize and run projects according to plan, easily collaborate both internally and with the client's various representatives and can communicate with commercial- and technical terminology. We also wish that the person has a good business understanding, quality awareness and drive.
To succeed in the job, we believe that you have the following background:
• Master of Science degree or similar
• At least 5 years experience as project manager and/or working with project processes
• Experience of managing product development and industrialization projects
• Experience in production processes
• Documented experience as PM (PMI or similar) is a merit
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English
• It is an advantage if you have experience of the medical device industry and have experience of installation projects.
