The Knut and Alice Wallenberg consortium for autoimmune diseases aims to dissect the underlying adaptive immune for autoimmune diseases. We are now looking for a dedicated large scale protein production expert to join our team.
Eligible candidates will be responsible for designing and developing up large scale production of recombinant MHC class II protein, facilitate tetramer production and be involved in modeling and crystallization efforts
The candidate should have PhD in biochemistry/cell biology or equivalent and a well-documented track record of relevance to the employment preferably in the pharmaceutical industry ideally with focus on the large scale production and experience of working in protein refolding and isolation preferably in the context of immunology. Previous experience working with MHC class II tetramer technology is a merit. We welcome applicants from both academia and the life science sector.
