Project Work - Purchasing Portal AkzoNobel Nordics
Project work " Design of new internal webpage" for AkzoNobel The AkzoNobel Group in the Nordics is coordinated by Akzo Nobel Sweden Finance AB, mainly within the areas Sustainability, HR, communications, legal and intellectual property. We have an immediate opening for a student who would like to work on this 8 weeks project for our Nordic Purchasing department. This is a parttime project on temporary basis reporting to the Purchasing Manager Resins & Precursors EMEA in Nacka. The function procurement supports all the AkzoNobel businesses in the Nordics. The main task will be to create an attractive webpage for procurement as well as filling the portal with information. It is important to create a user friendly webbpage structure that will make it easy for users, ex Site Purchasers, to find information ex. minutes of meetings, agreements ,etc. Obejctive: Complete the webpage so different functions can add relevant information to the portal. If time allows, assist the SAMB' with analysis and validation of data from NPR spend in the Nordics. Make analysis of the database information.
We are looking for an individual who has started their studies at university or KY level (kvalificerad yrkesutbildning) in the areas of communcation, web design, business/economics or equivalent. It is important that you are are selfgoing and has the ability to work independently be proactive. You are able to network, take responsibility and resultorientated. You are a good communicator, both in writing and verbally, and of course fluent in English both spoken and written. We see it necessary that you have excellent knowledge in Mircrosoft office, especially Excel and good skills in webbpage creation. Additional Information This is a temporary position working parttime during 8 weeks. You will be based in our AkzoNobel office in Nacka, reporting the Purchasing Manager Nordics. Salary is according to our collective bargain agreement, internship. Working hours will be as appropriate and discussed with ýour manager. Please apply online no later than October 17th 2014.
