hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Café Port Arthur Aktiebolag i Kungälv We are developing our business in Asia within marine and offshore and brewery technology and we urgently need a coordinator that has good communication skills in the English, Pilipino, Norwegian and Danish languages to communicate with our project team in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines and Scandinavia.
The coordinator must be able to converse and convey ideas, facts and issues clearly, accurately, coherently and professionally in both writing and talking to a diverse project team.
Work Environment
Work environment is very fluid and dynamic with procedural changes a constant possibility. The appropriate candidate shall be able to embrace and adapt to change quickly and with the proper attitude and when required work between the different time zones in Europe and Asia.
Responsibilities
Processing project data in a timely manner and in accordance with project procedures and corporate standards. This includes, but is not limited to, preparing/ processing both incoming and outgoing transmittals, filing documents in the network library, updating spreadsheets, hard copy file maintenance, preparing/issuing squad checks and distribution transmittals.
Qualifications
• Experience in writing and talking English, Pilipino, Norwegian & Danish.
• Experience in engineering and vendor document management in the oil and gas industry and brewery technology.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Outlook and Excel 2007.
• Experience with, and comprehension of, transmittals and correspondence management.
• Ability to accurately and succinctly convey detailed information to the document control team.
