We are now looking for a Project Support Professional to secure that customer business is correctly executed in ONE in compliance with Ericsson's processes and directives, this includes ensuring proper setup of Fulfillment Assignments (FAS) in ONE, securing data integrity for contract accounting and supporting CPM, SDM, MSCOO and ASR with Local Governance.
Responsibilities:
You will set up Fulfillment Assignments in ONE.
Monitor and Analyze Fulfillment Assignments in ONE.
Maintain and Close Fulfillment Assignments in ONE
You will also be the Subject Matter Expert within Project Support team.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Min years of experience: (Recruiter to supply)
Domain experience: (Recruiter to supply area of expertise - e.g.: Cloud, BSS, OSS etc.)
Requires both theoretical knowledge and understanding through solid experience i.e. from deployment in rollout projects as Regional Implementation Manager or similar for a period of minimum 2 years.
Requires an understanding of the complexity of mobilization and ramp-up of site production, efficiency factors for planned or started attempts versus failing rate and successful implementation and handling of back log.
Proficiency with the English Language
