Program Purchasing within Supply Chain Operations, Capital Equipment is currently looking for a Project Supply Manager - Packaging Technology. In this position you will work closely together with the Development & Engineering organisation, be part of a Core Team set-up, and with our suppliers, providing value to Tetra Pak's customers through focus on Performance (Quality, Cost and Delivery), Standardization and People Engagement.
Supply Chain Operations, Capital Equipment is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and distribution equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site. The Program Purchasing team primarily interfaces with the Development & Engineering organization to define and achieve its project targets. We are responsible for organizing, managing and driving technology/development related sourcing, which contributes to the delivery of new machines to our customers at the right quality, time and cost.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Participate in and develop the early project involvement of Supplier Management within the Packaging Technology Platform
• Secure and drive guidelines, method and implementation of cost analysis
• Sourcing of potential suppliers
• Negotiate, plan and execute supplier audits and risk assessments to secure Project and Supply Chain aspects in short and on a long term perspective
• Secure Agreement coverage within confidentiality, Intellectual Property Rights protection and legal compliance for the projects within the platform
Publiceringsdatum2011-02-07KvalifikationerThe person we are looking for has at least 3 years experience from similar tasks within development and manufacturing of complex products. You will take a leading role in several important projects and therefore it is essential that you have project management experience. We believe that you have a University degree within a technical and/or commercial discipline. You are fluent both in written and spoken English and a talented Excel user. SAP skills are beneficial.
To be successful in this position you need to have strong communication and networking skills. Further you need to have the ability to motivate others and to influence at all levels in the organisation. You enjoy problem solving as well as taking initiatives and driving activities independently.
