New technology team - Cost Engineering & Industrialization within Development & Engineering Operations, Capital Equipment are currently looking for a Project Supply Manager. In this position, you will work closely together with the Development & Engineering organisation - Packaging Technologies (DSO-PT) and with our suppliers, providing value to Tetra Pak's customers through focus on Performance (Quality, Cost and Delivery), Technology scouting and People Engagement.
DSO, Capital Equipment is responsible for the manufacture and supply of filling machines and distribution equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site. The Cost Engineering & Industrialization - New Technology Team (CEI-NTT) primarily interfaces with the Development & Engineering organization to define and achieve its project targets. We are responsible for organizing, managing and driving technology/development related sourcing, which contributes to the delivery of new machines to our customers at the right quality, time and cost.
Main responsibilities
• Participate in and develop the early project involvement of Supplier Management within the PT t platform
• Secure and drive guidelines, method and implementation of cost analysis
• Sourcing and purchasing of parts, and contracting of potential suppliers
• Negotiate, plan and execute supplier audits and risk assessments to secure Project and Supply Chain aspects in short and in long term perspective
• Secure Agreement coverage within confidentiality, Intellectual Property Rights protection and legal compliance for the projects within the platform
Qualifications
The candidate we are looking for have at least 3 years experience from similar tasks within development and manufacturing of complex products and is passionate about advanced technology. You will take a leading role in several important projects and therefore it is a plus to have project management experience. You have a university degree within a technical discipline such as mechanical/Industrial engineering or physics & preferably former experience in complex machinery and innovation enviroment, such as aerospace or energy industries. You are fluent both in written and spoken English and a talented Excel user. SAP skills is beneficial.
To be successful in this position you need to have strong communication and networking skills. Further you need to have the ability to motivate others and to influence at all levels in the organisation. You enjoy problem solving as well as taking initiatives and driving activities independently.
