For our customer we are looking for a Project Supply Coordinator. In this position you will work within a Cost Engineering and Industrialization team that are responsible for organizing, managing and driving development related sourcing, which contributes to the delivery of new machines to our customers at the right quality, time and cost for our customer.
As Project Supply Coordinator, you will work closely together with Project Supply Managers, Engineers and Project Managers supporting the Product Development projects.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Manage direct material purchasing activities delivering components and modules for in-house- and field tests.
• Issue and follow up purchase orders according to the global process.
• Support Supply Managers with information preparation in conjunction with negotiations and cost analysis.
• Sourcing of parts and kits.
• Coordinate sourcing of potential suppliers.
About you
You have good skills in supplier management, cost analysis and control. You are fluent both in written and spoken English and a talented MS Outlook and MS Excel user. SAP skills are preferred.
In this position, you will make good use of your communications and negotiation skills.
Further you have a systematic approach to problem solving as well as the ability to take initiatives and drive your own activities.
Required skills:
• Able to interpret drawings and determine suitable suppliers. (The supplier base is already determined.)
• SAP or equivalent business system. (SAP preferred)
• MS Office, with focus on Outlook and Excel.
About the employment
The employment as a Project Supply Coordinator will be a consultant assignment. The employment will be within Adecco Sweden. The assignment is a fulltime position from june 2017 to june 2018.
