Are you an experienced administrator? Do you have a passion for coordination?
On behalf of our client we are now looking for a Project Supply Coordinator!
The Cost Engineering and Industrialization team are responsible for organizing, managing and driving development related sourcing, which contributes to the delivery of new machines to our customers at the right time, quality and cost.
As Project Supply Coordinator, you will work closely together with Project Supply Managers, Engineers and Project Managers supporting the Product Development projects.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Manage direct material purchasing activities, delivering components and modules for in-house- and field tests.
• Issue and follow up purchase orders according to the global process.
• Support Supply Managers with information preparation in conjunction with negotiations and cost analysis.
• Sourcing of parts and kits.
• Coordinate sourcing of potential suppliers.
Krav på person
Requried skills:
• You have good skills in supplier management, cost analysis and control.
• You are fluent both in written and spoken English
• Talented MS Outlook and MS Excel user.
• SAP or equivalent business system
• Able to interpret drawings and determine suitable suppliers
In this position, you will make good use of your communications and negotiation skills.
Further you have a systematic approach to problem solving as well as the ability to take initiatives and drive your own activities.
