Adways mission is to make sure that the talent their customers look for is the talent they speak to - Adways purpose is to help recruiters spend time with the candidates rather than to spend time on finding them. With their software, they help their customers automate their job adverts on social media and job boards to attract both passive and active talent.

As Adway is breaking new ground outside of the Nordics and the number of clients that are putting trust in their product is increasing, they now need to strengthen their sales department. Therefore, they are now looking for a key player in Adways future - a Project Success Manager working mainly towards the UK-market!

ALRIGHT, ENOUGH WITH THE SALES PITCH! LETS GET DOWN TO BUSINESS:
Adway is breaking new grounds outside of the Nordics - where social media campaigns within the recruitment industry is less mature. They therefore offer their customers pilot versions of Adways software, of which you will be the absolut key-player in converting those pilot-customers' in to contract!

As part of Adways sales team consisting of ten people, you work mainly towards the UK-market together with two Global Sales Executive and one Project Success Manager. After customer freshly signed a pilot (due to your colleagues' great job in the first part of the sales process), you get engaged to ensure Adway meets their expectations and satisfaction. To do so you will work closely with the sales- and operation team.

Your main focus and responsibilities:

• Consult and train customers to leverage the best of Adway's products to optimize the customers' ROI. This includes that you will enhance clients' understanding of digital marketing and social media advertising.
• Together with data scientist you analyse and report findings and results to customers and make sure Adways performance is on target!
• Act as a project manager through the pilot process.
• Improving and scaling the setup process and running customer-initiated technical projects.

WHO ARE YOU?

We dont want to put pressure but..) We are looking for one of Adways most important person here; and we believe you to have the rare combination of both commercial understanding and technical expertise:

• You probably have a few years experience within a customer oriented role as Customer Success/Account Advisor or experience working closely with stakeholders making sure to meet expectations, preferably from a SaaS-company.
• We also believe you to have technical skills: understanding of digital marketing and the metrics and KPI:s.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages is a plus!

• But ofcourse, most importantly you are/have:

• Communicative and curious: You give more than you take - you are active and curious in conversations and have strong customer-facing skills. You recognize customers needs and adapt company capabilities to customers' requirements.
• Organised and detail focus: you are able to plan things carefully and keep things neat. You never miss a detail!
• Business driven.
• Result oriented: You focus on achieving results and goals. Sets relevant goals and consistently strives to meet or exceed expectations (you are that person who actively does things instead of just thinking or talking about them!).
• ...and you love to have fun at work!
