System Integration & Substation Services is a business unit within ABB's Power Grids division. The business unit supplies stations, systems solutions and service for transmission and distribution facilities. The customers are power companies, industry and other companies that need to be connected to power networks. The market is driven by the need to create stable power networks and by environmental reasons with the aim of increasing the use of renewable energy.
Tasks
As a Project Quality Specialist you will be supporting our delivery projects regarding quality. Your work will support the strategy towards a proactive quality culture within the organization, including implementation of new quality methods and processes.
Examples of tasks in this role are creating the project quality plans and the follow-up these, leading risk assessment and lessons learned workshops, supporting deviation handling and performing site audits. You will also participate in or lead other activities such as quality trainings, improvement projects and internal audits.
You will work in small team with stakeholders from the Quality and OPEX organization, where you major challenge will be driving change as well as supporting the processes and projects.
Requirements
You have a Bachelor or a Master degree and/or work experience in Quality, Operations or Project Management area. Proficiency in English and Swedish is a must. Your previous project experience is also highly valued, preferably from large delivery projects. As a person you are positive, driven, structured and service minded.
