As Project Quality Manager you will be part of the section Operations Support where you will meet experienced people working with Quality, Risk and Opportunity, Business Improvement and various other tasks. You will be assigned to one of our projects as main responsible for the project quality management. Your main responsibilities/activities will be:
* Quality plans for the project - clarify and secure compliance to standards, regulations and customer requirements
* Securing deliveries that fulfil the quality requirements of the project - review and accept/reject
* Managing deviations - drive investigations, perform root-cause-analysis and secure ways of working for the future
* Drive improvement initiatives and keep your eyes and ears open for the business needs - to secure a clear and effective way of working
* In your work you will handle very different and sometimes challenging tasks. To be able to succeed you need to have a good cooperation with the project manager and build a strong network within the project and its interfaces.
Your profile
You are a result oriented "hands-on" Quality Engineer with a positive attitude. You are familiar with quality management tools. Experience from Six Sigma or Lean programs would be appreciated.

* Being flexible and ready to handle different issues, sometimes with a challenging deadline
* Being curious and interested in design, production and service
* Being able to work in a team but also on your own
* Having a structured way of documenting, analyzing, identifying root cause and corrective actions
* Basic knowledge about manufacturing and/or development is required as well as experience of handling requirements based on regulations
An Engineering Master's degree in quality management is preferred. Relevant experience in complex organizations/projects with many interfaces is required. Extra credits for experience of quality management work within development/design.
You need to have good communication skills and be strict enough to make sure we follow requirements and regulations, but with a solution focused mindset to ensure that we move forward.
It is a merit if you have a good understanding of project management as well as experience with standards like EN-9100 and ISO-9001.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
