Volvo Group Trucks Technology seeks a Project Quality Manager (PQM), to support GTT's IT projects and business efficiency projects. As PQM, you ensure project performance and realization of expected business value through quality assurance, support and coaching.

You will report to the Director Process & IT Office in GTT and work closely together with senior leaders and technology experts throughout the entire GTT and Volvo Group.
Main Responsibilities
• The Project Quality Manager (PQM) provides support and coaching to the Project Managers and Steering Committees, by having a dialogue, answering questions and providing advice in all project management aspects.
• Identify risks as early as possible in pre-studies and projects, e.g. leadership, competence, resources, scope, planning, business case, governance etc.
• PQM reviews business development and IT projects to ensure that best practices are used
• PQM compiles and presents regular reports for the management team, containing KPIs, risks and health check on the total project portfolio.
• Represent GTT in Volvo Group networks and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications
• PMP or equivalent project management education/background
• Broad IT knowledge in combination with a business mind set and Project management knowledge.
• Strong communication skills - fluency in English is required
• Coaching skills and mindset
• Adequate university degree
