hela Sverige As Project Quality Manager, you will be part of the Quality Management team as well as our Project Core team at HVDC. Your main mission will be to drive, monitor and organize all quality management tasks related to our HVDC projects throughout the entire project process - all to ensure that we deliver high quality that exceeds customer expectations. You will work proactively and analyze quality issues to identify trends, root causes as well as actions needed. Other important parts of your work will be to:
• Implement quality plan and customer satisfaction survey as well as Net Promoter Score
• Drive, implement and promote KPI's
• Monitor, analyze and secure actions on divergent quality KPI's
• Propose, follow-up and analyze cost forecast
• Monitor and secure the process of ITPs
• Facilitate in the Transfer of Experience process
• Support and/or follow-up 4Q investigations
This is a challenging and varying role where you will have close collaborations with our customers all over the world and provide them support - often on site - regarding quality issues. You will also work closely with our Risk Manager and set up concept for governance and mitigation of quality risks. You will work directly with our Project Director and report functionally to our Head of Quality Management. You hold a University degree in Engineering and have at least five years' experience in quality management within complex project environments. You also need experience in working within teams executing large and complex projects. You may currently work in the power, nuclear or transportation business. Furthermore, you need solid knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of standards as well as regulations, such as ISO9001:2015 . Knowledge of Six Sigma, FMEA and 8D is also required. Fluency in English is a must, written and spoken alike, whereas proficiency in Swedish or other Scandinavian languages is a plus.
