Thule Group continues to grow and we are in the most ambitious period in the company's history in terms of product development investments in our traditional categories as well as in our newer categories, such as strollers.
To enable this expansion we are now strengthening our Project Purchasing Team with one additional member.
As our new Project Purchaser you will play a key part in our development process of new products from a very early stage - creating value by providing insights on new material & technical innovations into our project development teams as well as preparing our Category Managers for the needs of our future product ranges.
Among your work tasks you will contribute to assure that new development projects are delivered on time, at the agreed quality and within the targeted cost. You will create, evaluate and negotiate supplier offers in close cooperation with Category Managers and Site Purchasers, as well as cooperating with our suppliers to find improvements in our development projects.
This position requires travel both domestic and international.

Your profile:
To be successful in this role you possess project management skills and experience from technical sourcing and/or engineering project management in an international business environment. You thrive in a fast paced organization and like to be challenged, and vice versa challenge the ones around you to reach your full potential.
Naturally you have excellent negotiation skills together with the ability to easily communicate and cooperate as well as analyzing data. We expect you to have an academic degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain Management and proficiency in English.
