We are looking for a positive and driven Project Purchaser to join our team in Helsingborg!
Job Summary
• You will work as a Project Purchaser and support our Project Managers and Development & Assembly department
• Drive and develop the daily work towards the department targets
• Manage and drive supplier activities within your area and coordinate contacts in the purchasing department
• Drive improvement projects towards JBT 's requirements in quality, lead time and total cost
• Cost calculations and finance follow ups
• Work with our production forecast, follow up the suppliers capacity and deviation plans
• Place purchase orders, control deliveries, handle change orders and invoice control
Qualifications/Skills Required
Our focus is finding the right person who can continue grow together with us and develop yourself and the company. As a person, you are a doer with a lot of drive as well as a flexible team player. You are open to changes and see the possibilities. You take responsibility for everything you do at work and enjoy challenging yourself.
You have:
• Education within Economics, Logistics or Purchasing
• 2-4 years' experience of purchasing, preferable in an project or manufacturing environment
• Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Reading and writing skills in Swedish and English.
• Experience from Movex and/or Syteline is an advantage as well as reading blueprints and negotiate
