What you will be a part of
Surveillance provides efficient solutions for safety and security, for surveillance and decision support, and for threat detection and protection. The portfolio covers airborne, ground-based and naval radar, electronic warfare, combat systems and C4I solutions, and traffic management systems.
You will be part of C2S Business Excellence, a staff function responsible for quality management and commercial/contract management. We are today 11 employees and need to grow the quality function.

You will work as a project quality manager, supporting project managers with quality related work. This may include creating quality management plans for a specific customer project, defining and following the progress of quality objectives, ensuring adherence to internal processes and work routines, participating in or managing milestone reviews and acting as the customer representative in all relevant matters throughout the project execution.
You may also perform internal audits, either on your own or as part of an audit team.
Your skills and experience
You have most probably a technical background, with a thorough interest of quality assurance and operational excellence. We believe you have 3-5 years experience of work within the quality area, either as project quality manager or as internal auditor.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written text.
As a condition of employment, candidates will be required to participate in a background investigation and/or successfully demonstrate eligibility to receive applicable Government security clearance.
