Project Procurement is a team consisting of eight dedicated Project Procurement Managers with the main focus of integrating procurement in the sales and project management process. We need to strengthen our team with a new member targeting our early involvement and sales integration.
Our mission is to integrate procurement in the project management process at an early involvement during sales phase. The PPM Sales introduce sourcing strategies targeting maximum contribution to the bid process towards potential customers.
Together with the department of load planning and proposal engineering the PPM Sales carry out a key task in coordinating supplier availability and capacity for hot prospects.
To be able to provide the best cost data the PPM Sales is responsible for identifying bundling opportunities together with other PPM Sales, proposal engineering and strategic procurement within the Division. This becomes even more critical for mega projects (10+ gas turbines) where cost and local sourcing often is primary focus which puts the PPM Sales in a leading position as enabler.

• Co-ordinate procurement activities to maximize contribution to sales bid
• Provide sales team with the best and most reliable cost data possible
• Prepare and execute contractual and price negotiations and/or support the commodity managers in such to secure sales and project targets
• Co-operate with partners cross function, business unit and location to find bundling opportunities and other synergy effects
• Analyze scope of supply, contractual obligations and understand customer needs
• Identify particular procurement risks, opportunities, potential changes, claims and market forces
• Ensure that correct purchasing is considered already towards our customers

• You have several years of experience from relevant business areas and higher education from university or equal.
• Team ability and communication skills
• Combined commercial and technical skills
• Very well organized
• Contract management
• Fluent in English, both in speech and writing
The position as PPM Sales includes both internal and external interfaces with approximately 20-30 travelling days per year.
