We are seeking a dedicated and experienced procurement representative to play a key role in the Parts & Overhaul team of our client. In this role, you will represent the procurement function in three different areas. Your responsibilities will include ensuring understanding and compliance with QCD Procurement Commitments, defining and implementing the Project Procurement strategy in collaboration with the Procurement Platform Director (PPLD), as well as ensuring that the formulated Project Procurement strategy is shared, understood, and adhered to.

Responsibilities
RFQ to suppliers
Coordination and support to buyers also dealing with RFQ
Close cooperation with SC teams to provide supplier in ERP + lates applicable price
Coordination with other sites in Europe to obtain supplier contracts, price agreements, and asses them to make sure fulfill our needs in Sweden for spare supply
Alignment with LCC managers and engineers ot make sure RFQ inputs are good.
Secure long term procurement strategy with new Rolling Stock obligations for Sweden
Qualifications
Master in purchasing or equivalent (engineering & project management)
According size, stakes,
complexity of the Project.
Interest in technical field.
5 years of experience (Project, Sourcing, Engineering, Quality
Ability to work in a matrix environment.
Experience
You have procurement experience, are good with stakeholder management and is a fast learner
