We are looking for a Project Portfolio Planner to join the GSM BTS (Global System for Mobile Communication Base Transceiver Station) Project Office in Kista, Stockholm.
Job description
The Project Portfolio Planner is responsible for supporting the Project Portfolio Manager in handling the day-to-day work with the project portfolio, including the forecast process, assignment handling, coordination of assignments, SOX routines, project setup in CBS (SAP), and contacts with project leaders and managers.
Qualification (formal education needed)
Educational level equivalent to high-school economics, with a few years' work experience in the economics field, is required.
Requested competence
We are seeking someone who:
• is used to working both independently and as part of a group;
• has experience working in a large and complex organization;
• has a good knowledge of both written and spoken English;
• is motivated and a good organizer;
• has an understanding of research and development (R&D) in projects;
• has an understanding of SOX, forecast and economic/budget planning and follow-up;
• has experience of using CBS (SAP) - although this is not essential.
