hela Sverige Development Unit (DU) Core & IMS is an R&D organization within Business Unit Networks that secures the development of leading-edge core network products (Mobile, Wireline, IMS, User Management), as well as securing technology and architecture evolution of existing network solutions.
DU Core & IMS is providing our customer Circuit Switched and IP Multimedia networks solutions that promote our customers' business growth by enabling them to offer superior services at competitive cost. We develop Core products and solutions.
Product Development Unit Converged Core (PDU CC) is a PDU within DU Core & IMS. The PDU is responsible for Converged Core Network Solutions and Products, which includes IMS and BCS. The PDU consists of over 1100 employees and is a global organization with main governance in Sweden and with operations in Sweden, Netherlands, Hungary, China and Canada.
We are currently looking for a Project Portfolio Planner within the Capability Management unit. The Capability Management unit is a Product Development Unit (PDU) centralized organization with responsibilities for capability Management, project portfolio handling, budget & frame handling, headcount handling and site strategy support.

Job description
As a Project Portfolio Planner you will be part of a very competent and dynamic team of highly skilled people, gain experience in finance and capability steering of an Agile & Lean Development processes in an international environment that inspires you to develop and grow.
Your responsibilities include;
• To support planning of projects, programs and project portfolios;
• Set up and maintain the project portfolio and the projects in an SAP environment
• Preparation of SOX for project opening
• Consolidate monthly resource planning reports on PDU level
• Provide input to the financial forecast and verify forecasted data.
• To consolidate reports for capability management and the PDU to follow-up the PDU's performance and take strategic decisions.
Qualifications
To be a successful candidate we believe that you have;
• B. Sc with focus on finance or other relevant education
• Interest and competence in finance and capability steering
• Fluent English, both oral and written
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A driven personality with interest to work in a complex and dynamic environment.
