Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for a Project Portfolio Manager.
An independent, self motivated, and experienced (preferably senior) Project Portfolio Manger working within the Project Management Office of our client. The tasks are strategic, tactical and very operational so the person will also work at all levels and must be willing to dig into the administrative tasks. The person must be able to drive the work independently.
Job description:
• Together with the manager of the Project Management Office build up the function of Project Management Office.
• Document and set up processes for financial follow up of projects, information to project managers, one pager status reporting, etc
• Since we are using Sharepoint as well as Excel and Access databases, experience and knowledge of building and coding a flow of this is requested.
• Set up a forum for project mangers where the PMO can communicate, inform, etc. Write instructions to PMs and others.
• On a strategic level, align the digitization initiative with the 'normal' business-IT projects from a governance perspective.
• Automate as much as possible in the PMO work.
Required skills:
• Full implementation of Sharepoint, Access db, advanced Excel set-up and coding.
• Experience of PPM work.
• Leadership experience.
Preferred skills:
• Preferably Project Management experience
Start: May 15th
Duration: 5 months, with the option to extend
Location: Tumba, Stockholm
Working language: Fluent English
