The Project Portfolio Controller is a project management professional who contributes to detailed analysis and reporting on projects or program status within the established system or project controls. You will be a part of the PMO team on group level and your base will be in one of our 4 locations. Gothenburg (prefered), Fûrth, Mannheim or Vantaa Finland.
Your responsibilities
Analysis and control of the PHOENIX group project portfolio
Review of project documentation compliance to the company-defined project management methodology "PROFIT" (based on PMI standards)
Supporting the budget and resource management process
Contribute to the preparation of the monthly project portfolio meeting including decision proposals
Cooperate and support Demand, Supply and Finance divisions in the analysis of the IT project portfolio
Perform changes in the project management tool (MS Project Server) according to the resource management process
Create dedicated project and portfolio management reporting and KPIs
Benchmarking of project portfolio management best practices
Your qualifications
At least two years of professional experience in the field of project portfolio management
Experience in creating reports on all organization levels
Experience in project management and knowledge of PMI standard
Good knowledge of MS Project and MS SharePoint
Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Great analysis skills, pro-active work approach
High motivation and assertiveness
Good communication skills
Ability to work in a virtual team
Excellent English language skills, both spoken and written
