Engineering is part of Vestas Service North & Central Europe and supports business units in matters concerning Scada, Park Regulation, Cyber Security or Network related topics in a Wind Power Plant.
As Part of Plant Engineering, the Team Project Management and Planning focusses on Technical Sales Support, Project Management and the Planning thereof as well as After Sales Support. We are supporting our internal and external Stakeholder during the life cycle of a Power Plant, to ensure flawless execution in all stages of a Project.
www.vestas.comManpower is now looking for a Project Planner & Controller SCADA to Vestas in Malmö. You will fill in for a person on maternity leave for appx 10 - 12 months.
Are you experienced in coordinating projects with good technical and planning framework this might be for you.
Responsibilities
• Supporting the Scada Project Management during the project phases of Construction, Service and After Sales with Planning and Coordination of Milestones and Resources.
• Ensuring timely execution of Service Orders and Support Tickets.
• Allocate and direct resources for unplanned schedule
• Prioritize open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines
• Escalate issues regarding possible overload and shortage of work to Management as appropriate, make recommendations to make effective
Qualifications
In order to thrive in this position, we believe you have:
• Very Good communicational skills
• Experience with MS Office, beneficial would be experience in SalesForce, C4C or similar tools
• Oral and written fluency in English, any further Language skill is a plus
• SAP experience is a big plus as well

• We believe you are confident with a good attention to detail and a systematic approach with good investigative and problem-solving skills
• A systematic and inquisitive approach with attention to detail
• An ability to stay professional in a time-sensitive setting and to handle varying workloads
