• You are competent in a relevant planning software (e.g. MS project, Primavera) and familiar with best practices regarding standard project planning concepts

• You are curious with an analytical mindset
• You are eager to learn and to expand your knowledge
• You are in good command of the English language (both verbally and written)
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Project Planner to our client in Stockholm! In this role, you will monitor and update the Project Program, offering what-if scenarios. Your reports will guide the Project Team, contractors, and stakeholders, and you will lead planning workshops. With 3+ years experience, software proficiency, and strong analytical skills, your role will drive project success.
Duties:
• Monitor and update Project Program incl. what-if scenarios
• Provide Progress Reporting to the Project Team incl. variances to project baseline
• Provide monthly progress reports to the Project Sponsor and PD MT
• Monitor and review programs
• Provide input into the risk management process
• Facilitate planning workshops with Project Team
• Support in developing new ways of working

By agreement.
Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start 2023-09-03 and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-03-31 with possibility of extension.
