Context:
To keep working on IKOS' growth in Sweden, we are recruiting a Project Planner with relevant experience in the field, keen to work on strategic projects in the railway sector.
Responsibilities:
Work in close collaboration with the project manager to update and follow the Project master schedule
Monitor the Project schedule as defined by the project Schedule manager
Ensure the consistency of all the internal stakeholders' commitments
Organise and lead project schedule meetings with the teams to assess the progress according to the schedule
Monitor and report the project follow-up through schedule updates
Understand any external events that could lead to delay on internal activities compared to the latest baseline
Qualifications:
Bachelor or Master's Degree - mandatory
English at a fluent level is mandatory, Swedish is considered a plus
3+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience
Experience working within the railway industry is mandatory - experience within signalling is considered a plus
Experience in Project Planning Software: Primavera P6, MS Project...
