hela Sverige We are looking for both experienced and less experienced Project Planners who wants to be a part of our Project Office and help us deliver the support solution for the new Gripen fighter to Brazil and Swedish Airforce.
Your role
In the role as Project Planner you will work with project time and resource planning at within our Gripen programs. Right now we need to strengthen our planning ability in the development of the support solution for the new Gripen fighter.
You are a member of the project staff and you will work closely with the head project manager to establish project plans, all from master plan to detailed plans. You collect information for planning and monitoring of the project. You propose and introduce routines, with focus on schedule, regarding; planning and monitoring, information distribution, risk management and change management. You will also give support to sub project managers in the planning area.
You report to your head project manager and you make sure that the projects planning policy is accurate and followed as well as updated when needed.
Your main tasks are to:
• To put together and structure schedules based on input from the Head Project Manager and project staff
• To put together, analyse and report the project status with regard to the result and timetable.
• To signal deviations to your Head Project Manager
• To monitor the project's dependencies.
Your profile
You have experience as project planner from complex projects or organizations. You are communicative and self-driven and enjoy working with people as well as digging into details when necessary. You are structured and have a problem solution oriented mind-set.
Required skills (in bullet form):
• Relevant Bachelor degree (or equvalent experience)
• Relevant experience within project planning
• Good communication skills
• Self driven and creative, taking initiatives
• English, verbal and written
Desired skills (in bullet form):
• Experience from technical development projects
• Microsoft Project or similar planning tool and Excel
What you will be a part of
Business unit Gripen Support manages Gripen business within Support and Services and provides a focal point for Gripen customers and partners. We provide support and support solutions for the Gripen system including a range of products and services.
You will become part of Gripen Support's Project Office and collaborate with collegues in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth. The Project Office is part of the Contract and Project Management department, which is responsible for ensuring efficient execution of contracts and projects. We support our business with competences like Project Management, Project Planning and Risk and Opportunity Coordination.
This position could include access to classified information. Therefore, you will be required to conduct a security assessment in accordance with the Swedish Protective Security Act.
