Managing multiple teams and their backlogs

As a member of the product team, you will be part of a collaborative and friendly team that develop products for the finance industry. Instantor operates in 17 markets globally and continues to expand and we need help from someone that understands the vision of a product from the point of view of customer, end user or stakeholders to help us to expand further.
You will be managing the product portfolio, estimate the work for new features, planning sprint backlogs and implementation of a agile workflow. You will be leading a team consisting of 25 developers. You will be working together with the business side to find new use-cases and deliver great products against dead-lines. You will also help to establish processes for how a new product reaches market. I.e. the full flow of how we, either from feedback from customers or internal strategies, create a product that generate revenues.
We think that you have several years experience and exposure to the above from tech companies and from different roles. We believe that you are interested to work closer with business side of a company as you grow. You have a data driven mind-set and can push your ego a side. You have experience in managing people and does what is necessary to get the job done - You are someone who does not like excuses.
Instantor provides account aggregation services across 17 markets and two continents. We are a young company and today employ 30 individuals in our Stockholm and Zagreb offices.
