Your mission
You will be project lead in our important investment projects, aiming at future-fitting our plant and develop our organization further! We will rely on your expertise as you will be responsible for both budget and time plan of these projects. You can expect a variety of work-tasks as the responsibility covers pre-studies, approved projects and smaller improvement projects.
In addition you will play an important role in providing production support on a daily basis on the request of production, Research and Development or other stakeholders.
As a member of the team of Production development and Quality, we also expect you to be an active player in developing the work methods of the team and contribute to continuous improvements.
Your work will be an important part of the digitalization journey for Epiroc Kalmar.
Your profile
A university degree in the field of engineering is required, or the equivalent experience gained through working experience. You have very good computer skills.
We expect you to have a technical interest, to have experience from project management and from machining equipment.
In addition, you should have very good Swedish and English proficiency in both speech and writing, including technical English. Knowledge of additional languages are beneficial.
You will fit with your well-organized and structured personality as well as with your excellent cooperating skills. We appreciate your openness, your curiosity and willingness to explore new ways of working with a team-player mindset.
Location
The position is based in Kalmar, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
