PROJECT MANAGERS
At OpusCapita our vision is to transform purchase to pay and cash management for the digital age with our cloud based software. We process 200 million electronic transactions annually for 8,000 customers, so we have the expertise to make buying and paying easier and more cost effective. We want to hire more top-notch professionals to join our team in Germany or Sweden.
ABOUT THE JOB
We are looking for experienced, passionate candidates, who enjoy working in teams and are eager to invest in their own professional development. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading Customer implementation projects
• Project planning and execution
• Stakeholder management according to agreed governance structure
• Project Reporting
• Project proposal creation in presales phase
• Leading and coordinating RFx response creation with relevant stakeholders
• Project presentations to customers from proposal to closure
Key Requirements
• Fluent in English and German/Swedish
• Several years of project management experience
• Familiarity to lead multiple simultaneous agile projects
• Good presentation and argumentation skills
• Demonstrated high customer satisfaction
• A work record demonstrating effective planning and successful execution of international projects
• Strong understanding of business needs and value creation to our customers
• Good understanding and skills in change and stakeholder management
• Good problem solving, analytical and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Software, IT, or Professional Services delivery/implementation projects
We are primarily looking for Project Managers located in Dortmund, Germany or Stockholm, Sweden.
