In Vårgårda, just an hour away from the Swedish car mecca, Gothenburg, we have our state-of-the-art Research and Electronics Manufacturing facility. Here, together with our engineers, we develop the next generation in modern manufacturing of radar and camera systems
What you'll do?
We're now looking for an Industrialization Project Manager to our manufacturing facility in Vårgårda. As our Industrialization Project Manager, you will lead projects for our new production equipment as well as leading larger changes on manufacturing equipment. While doing so, you will lead a cross-functional team consisting of Process Specialists, Quality Engineers, Purchasing, Logistics Engineers and representatives from our serial production-teams.
You will be responsible for the implementation of new production equipment and processes according to a set time schedule. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other Industrialization Project Leaders who are working with our customer projects. The industrialization projects follows a well-developed routine based on a number of control points in the form of a well defined standard and checklists.
The products and processes in the Vårgårda-plant are highly automated and involves advanced testing, flashing and assembly. As a project manager, this leads to challenging and interesting projects where coordination of complex technical tasks is common.

To be successful in this position, we believe that you have:
• Good skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience within Project Management and/or Coordination
• Experience within manufacturing
• Technical know-how and interest in technology
• Good communication skills
Level (diploma) required:
• Engineering degree in relevant area or work experience
